gardeners' digest//march edition

Welcome to the March edition of the gardeners' digest! Thanks for coming from Wilna's blog. Be sure to check out the Two Peas blog for more info or if you need a starting point.
My latest project life video went up Saturday. This week I added the challenge of incorporating some typography elements. I always enjoy the mixing and matching process of it all. Fun to see how it comes together in the end. Perfectly imperfect :) You can see more photos and watch the video here.
A sneak of something to come...
What can I say? I have a thing for stars.
Checking out the gallery I came across this layout by Monika Gold. I'm always a fan of layering & clustering embellishments and I love how she has perfected both of these techniques on the same layout. 


 Looking at my top picks this month they all seem to have the triangle, graphic thing going on. The store is a-ma-zing right now. So much goodness like this cool paper from Basic Grey, this pack of awesome from Basic Grey, this very trendy stamp from Lawn Fawn, these insane paper bits (perfect for project life) from Ormolu, and this Studio Calico mask, which I can't get enough of lately. 
In my excitement to order some new goodies from Glitz Design I ordered a few duplicates. Opps. Apparently I not only have a thing for stars, but anchors as well. Wanna win my 'opps'? Leave a comment (and your two peas user name) and I will will draw a winner next Friday to win these lovelies.

    Oh I just love your PL videos! I don't do PL myself right now, but I sure love watching the process and would really enjoy doing it in the future. Your sneak looks great...     Lexi - i don't do PL but i your pages make me want to!! mmmmm, anchors are the new thing now. that would work well for a layout i want to do of my son with a t-shirt on that reads "ANCHORS AWAY". It's an older pic that i've been holding on to for the right embellies. He was 8 in that photo (he's now 19) LOL!!
