I have a cowboy living with me. The cutest little cowboy you ever did see.
He even coordinates his shorts and gun colors. Within 10 minutes of being awake, the cowboy outfit goes on. It makes it even more special that several of the shirts he wears with it are his daddy's from when he was a little guy.
Would this not make your day to see this little dude at your local Target?
And speaking of "making your day"...his favorite cowboy?...the one and only Clint Eastwood. I mean, how many 4 year olds even know who Clint Eastwood is?!
He even made himself into a cowboy for a preschool project. Of course he did.
And you know what? This momma loves it. Every. Single. Minute. of it.
I could scrap a book with all the cowboy photos I have. And maybe that is exactly what I need to do :)
Until then, this layout went up in the Two Peas garden yesterday. You can read a detailed description of it, see the products that were used and find out how I messed up and fixed it with washi tape all right HERE.
A fun box of goodies arrived from Two Peas the other day. I don't think I will ever get tired of seeing new scrap supplies :) I shared this photo on instagram and several people seemed to like it, too. It has a very fallish feel, which is quite appropriate as I enjoyed my first pumpkin spice latte of the season today. (even though it's muggy and 90 degrees.) Hurry Autumn! Loving the new Dewey Decimal line from Lawn Fawn. Very fallish. I have a washi tape addiciton. It's obvious. I admit it. Freckled Fawn is getting lots of my scrap budget. Those Elle's Studio stamps need some ink ASAP. Loving the versatility of them. Wouldn't the numbers be great for december daily? Great price too. (Yes, I just confessed to already thinking about a DD project. I might actually do one and finish it this year. I have a fun idea going on in my head) Happy to see a star/arrow combo from Maya Road--two shapes I gravitate toward with boy projects. I have an all day crop planned for this Saturday and you know this whole box is going with me!
In other scrapping news, I have a fun tutorial over on the Ocoter Afternoon blog. You can see that here.
And I am so honored to be the guest designer at Basic Grey for the month of September! I did 3 projects and my first one is up here. I'll share more about them later :)
Happy September to you! So far, I'm loving this month.
